"You will be Hero"

Day-care children camp report

This year our church organized the first day-care children camp in Nyíregyháza, titled „You will be a hero”, between 29.07.2019.-02.08.2019.

We chose this name because the whole week's theme was based on learning about the lives of biblical heroes and how children become heroes if they trust in God. Read more >>>

Summer children camp

Our church organizes a free summer daycare camp for children from July 29 to August 02, for primary school children in (Hungary) Nyregyháza, and in Slovakia (Pavlovce) Aug. 5-9.

The morning activities will include moving games, sports activities and interesting, playful processing of a biblical story. For there are "superheroes" not only in movies and comics, but also in the Bible, who were known for God's doings. Kids can become acquainted with the story of such faithful heroes and become the heroes of everyday life.

The camp is open daily from 8 am to 4 pm for children aged 6-14. Afternoon activities, crafts, creative activities, film screening, and music education will enrich the day. Daycare-trained child labourers and volunteer helpers provide memorable activities.

Younger children can attend classes with parental guidance.

The very foundation of the Christian life

"For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that one died for all, therefore all died; and he died for all, that they that live should no longer live unto themselves, but unto him who for their sakes died and rose again." 2Cor.5:14.15
